Cookie Bakers Needed
We need help from our families to bake 2-3 dozen homemade chocolate chip cookies. Please deliver the cookies in a labeled container with your child’s name and teacher's name to the Main Office or Room 127 by Monday, November 17th.
Please email Mrs. Gaur if you have any questions. Thanks for all your support!

As part of Wallingford Elementary School’s ongoing citizenship project, the PTO is collecting non-perishable food items to help provide holiday meals for families in need. We will be working with City Team – Chester and the Media Food Bank. Your donations will help to offer much needed support to local families this holiday season. Thank you for supporting our local community in this way! For questions, please contact Danielle Nicholson.
When: Monday, November 10th - Friday, November 21st
Where: Collection bins are located outside of the front office
Please support this effort by donating according to the following list of suggested non-perishable items as shown by grade level: (No glass containers, please)

We’re excited to invite you to our upcoming Scholastic Book Fair. Hosted by our PTO, this event is an opportunity for students of all ages to build their home libraries and further their love of reading. As always, all purchases benefit our school.
Here’s what you need to know about the Fall Book Fair, which will take place from Tuesday, November 18th - Friday, November 21st during your child’s Library special day and time:
-
Visit our Book Fair Homepage – If you want to learn more, get started with your eWallet or do any online shopping!
-
Create an eWallet – Our book fair offers eWallet, a safe and secure alternative to cash. Create a free account to add funds to so your child can select their books during the fair. Any unused funds can be spent online or to fund a future eWallet.
-
Share the Fair (Formally known as our “eFairy”) – This account helps us support any students in need and ensures that every child at school goes home with a book. Please consider a small donation to this account. It can be accessed when you add funds to your child’s eWallet account.
-
Shop after school! – We will have our WES library open on Wednesday, November 19th from 4:30-6:00pm to come shop with your children after school.
-
Volunteering – If you are interested in volunteering at the book fair during your child’s class time, sign up here. **Please note that all volunteers must have their up-to-date clearances on file with the school district.
The 2025-26 WES Student Directory is available to order here. Thank you for staying connected with the WES community and supporting this fundraiser for the WES PTO!
