Student Directory Art

Calling all Artists! Rising K-5 students are invited to submit artwork to be featured in the 2025-26 WES Student Directory, incorporating next year's theme: Game On! The Student Directory will include student art throughout the pages, with an entry by a rising 5th grader selected for the cover. For more details, please see the artwork submission form here . Artwork forms can be dropped off in the office at WES, or scanned and submitted to Christine Greco by Friday, August 22nd.

Sponsor a Directory Heart

The 2025-2026 WES Student Directory will feature a We Love WES page filled with sponsored hearts! Support the WES PTO by purchasing a heart here by Friday, August 29th. All proceeds will help to fund PTO provided opportunities for our students and teachers!

If you are interested in promoting your local business to the community, while also directly supporting the WES PTO, please consider placing a tax-deductible advertisement in the 2025-26 WES Student Directory! You can find more details and pricing here and ads should be submitted by Friday, August 15th to guarantee placement. Thank you for your consideration and support of the WES PTO! If you are interested in being a Homeroom Parent for your child’s class next year, please reach out to Jill Briggs. Most of our volunteers reach out before the end of the previous school year to be put on the list for the following fall — once your child is assigned a teacher, if you are matched as an HR Parent, you will be contacted at the start of the school year. All HR Parents must have up-to-date clearances. Thank you for your interest in volunteering!
